Madhya Pradesh Medhavi Chhatra Yojana

Madhya Pradesh government launched a scheme for the meritorious students of the state. Name as Madhya Pradesh Medhavi Chhatra Yojana. Under the scheme government will provide Scholarship for higher education. The students who score 75 percent in the 12th exam will be eligible for scholarship scheme.

Eligibility Criteria for Madhya Pradesh Medhavi Chhatra Yojana
Students must be domicile of Madhya Pradesh.
Students must acquire more than 75 percent in MP board exam or 85 percent in CBSE board.
The annual income of the student should not more than 6 lakh rupees.
The student must crack the entrance exam of relevant college.

Key Point of the Scheme The entire fees will be paid by the state government.

The entire fees will be paid by the state government.
The government will pay total fee on an entry in National Law Universities through CLAT.
Also paid the entire fee of the five-year course of IIM Indore and Planning and Architecture University.
The government also paid the total fees of government colleges BSc, BA, B.Com, Nursing, Polytechnic and all graduate level courses in the state.

The government will provide the scholarship for the meritorious student who clears the entrance exam of relevant college. The scholarship scheme is available for Engineering, Medical, Law, Nursing, Polytechnic, and all the Graduate level courses.

The state government will provide all the fees of the government college. The government will also provide private college fee which does not exceed 1.5 lakh rupees. College fee of government college will be deposited in college bank account but the fees of private college will be deposited in student’s bank account. The nodal department for the implementation of the scheme is the Technical Education and Skill Development Department.
